SaaS Platform Cybersecurity

Role: CTO & Co-Founder, Cybervize

Secured €800,000 in funding through a grant from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), supporting the development of the AI-driven cybersecurity platform.
Built and led a high-performing team of 8 developers to successfully design and develop an AI-powered cybersecurity platform, integrating advanced technologies like machine learning models and graph databases.

Cybervize offers an intelligent, AI-powered platform that allows companies to manage their cybersecurity in a targeted and efficient manner – all in one central location that ensures optimal control and protection.

Technologies Used: Python, Django, React.js, TensorFlow, Neo4j (Graph Database), PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Elasticsearch, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and Terraform.

SaaS Platform Connected Worker Platform

Role: Technical Team Lead, Operations1

Successfully led a team of 10 developers to develop, and launch a highly successful mobile application on App Stores and Google Play.
Implemented efficient development methodologies, such as Scrum, resulting in increased team productivity and faster time-to-market for the mobile app, enabling the company to gain a competitive edge in the market.

Operations1 is the ideal Connected Worker Platform for the industry. With Operations1, you digitize your employee-led production processes end-to-end: from activity planning and the supply of knowledge to intuitive process guidance, documentation, live analysis, and collaborative incident management.

Technologies Used: Ionic, Angular (Frontend), Node.js (Backend), PostgreSQL (Database), Docker, and Kubernetes.

Automotive Industry

Role: Product Expert, Mercedes-Benz AG

Agile development of a customer portal providing digital services and connectivity to Mercedes B2B customers.
Working with internal and external +100 stakeholders on the development and testing of 160 Features for the B2B Mercedes Me App.
Creating the product vision and roadmap cooperatively with the team, and customers and managing the team's Backlog and prioritization.

Mercedes-Benz AG is a German luxury automaker known for innovation, premium vehicles, and cutting-edge tech, including electric mobility, autonomous driving, and AI-powered services.

Automotive Industry

Role: Software Development Consultant, Ford

Developing Enterprise Cloud Backend solutions (design, development, and implementation of cloud solutions).
Understanding customer requirements and business objectives & providing strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
Clarify Ford and VW system specifications, understand their work practices and the nature of their business, develop agreed solutions, and implement new systems between Ford and VW while managing IT initiatives.

Ford Motor Company is an American automaker known for its innovative vehicles, electric mobility, and smart technology, including the F-Series, Mustang, and Ford BlueCruise for autonomous driving.

R&D Innovation

Role: Tech Lead, Emma

Led the development and execution of the SleepTech business strategy, driving innovation and market expansion. Spearheaded the end-to-end development of Emma Motion – The Smart Bed, transforming an idea into a fully realized business model, from ideation and prototyping to MVP and go-to-market, resulting in a multi-million revenue uplift over two years.
Managed product development resources efficiently, overseeing budgets between €2M–€4M and leading a 20-person interdisciplinary team comprising designers, engineers, and business developers. Ensured seamless cross-functional collaboration, optimizing team productivity and aligning product roadmaps with corporate strategy.
Enhanced Agile execution and operational efficiency by refining product backlog management, increasing team velocity, and removing bottlenecks. Successfully streamlined budgeting processes, release management, and stakeholder coordination.

Emma – The Sleep Company is a global leader in sleep technology, known for its award-winning mattresses, smart sleep solutions, and AI-powered innovations like Emma Motion – The Smart Bed.

Role: R&D Project Engineer, KYOCERA AVX

Provided technical leadership to a cross-functional product development team of 15 members.
Working with experts on developing hydrogen fuel generation and delivering innovative solutions.
Providing technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during product scale-up or process optimization.

KYOCERA AVX is a leading electronic components manufacturer, specializing in passive components, sensors, antennas, and advanced materials for automotive, aerospace, and IoT applications.

MarketPlace Platform

Role: Solopreneur, MenteeGuru

Founded and developed a highly successful mentoring platform from scratch, achieving remarkable growth by scaling the platform to 600 mentors and attracting 7,500 active users within a mere three-month period.
Fostered a thriving community of mentors by establishing relationships with industry experts and thought leaders.

MenteeGuru was a mentorship platform designed to connect mentors and mentees globally, leveraging AI-driven matchmaking and real-time communication to enhance career growth and networking.

Technologies Used: Node.js, React.js, Firebase, AWS, WebRTC, Socket.io, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, PyTorch, FAISS, Grafana, Sentry.

Mobile App

Role: Product & Tech Lead, Friency

Led the dev team for both the backend and mobile and am in charge of UX, QA, and scalability.
Led the business strategy, finance, PR/marketing, and operations. Built and launched the Beta version in 3 months: Friency App Link.

Friency was a social networking app designed to enhance real-world connections, enabling users to discover, engage, and interact with like-minded people through AI-driven recommendations and real-time interactions.
